No audio from Pi 4b

Hi. I have a Pi 4b running Audials Play, and others, but am unable to get audio. No audio via monitor speakers, via headphone jack nor bluetooth. I have been searching for answers for three days, reading Emteria discussion pages, and checked and rechecked many config files. The Pi 4b has audio running Raspberry OS and Volumio, (on separate SD cards). No audio while using the browser in Emteria. Please; any suggestions?
