What version of emteria did you install
-
Is there a time frame for Android 9 on the Raspberry Pi 3 and or the Raspberry Pi 4?
-
Hi, Emteria is not booting on my Raspberry Pi 4 4GB model, what I tested so far is both the Raspberry Pi 3B/B+ image and the Raspberry CM-DevKit image (just to be sure ). Suggestions are welcome. I am hoping the Emteria team gets there pi s…

Anyone that can recommend specific games for this setup?
-
There is a post somewhere on this forum about that. There working on it if I am correct. Hoping they will release the same time as raspberry pi CM4 for reasons
-
32bit might be the problem? Can you explain why you have windows 10 32 bit? Seems strange to me
-
F-Droid is an open-source app store for free applications. Starting with emteria.OS version 0.5.3, F-Droid is included in all emteria distributions by default. This guide shows how to install the “Yalp Store” from F-Droid and use it to download a…

Did you check all the apps already on the machine? There was an app store on mine. Don't remember the name. Lots of apps in it
-
What kernel are we at?
-
Did you test?
-
Not the same hardware . I love that raspberry pi never was meant for the great stuff that people do with it.
-
Don't know. Just remember a thread about Bluetooth not working on the 3b+
-
Bluetooth should work on the raspberry pi 3b? Bluetooth on the 3b+ was a thing?
-
Video seems to be a problem at the moment.
-
Would an audio hat be an option?
-
Did you find a solution?
-
sudo infront of the command?
-
What version of Emteria?
-
I don't remember, is DSi supported? You did a fresh install?
-
Is it the same resolution?
-
Is this a widely used product?
-
Someone on this forum answered this question, drivers should work but have not tried
-
Commandline? Unsure what Linux command would do that?

@Cee123 said: @Skrimo said: You just simply cannot expect it to be fast, because of SDcard read/write speed on the raspberry is somewhat slow. That's true. Also, you can get a much faster and more useable experience wit…

You need to search the forum, there is a post with the answer.
-
Did you test TeamViewer? It's far from ideal but things get complicated fast if you want safe remote access
-
Cool, thanks for sharing. This will definitely help people
-
I tested it. It's not fast Tested on a 4gb model. Respect for the work that went into it tho.
-
From time to time the developers respond. Did you try an older version? I agree 1.0 is not a good version number for something that is not stable 😉. Pretty strange that the official raspberry pi 7inch touch screen is not working, I think it's o…
-
Is 1.0 still beta? Could you use an older version of Emteria?
-
Is bluetooth supported on the pi 3b+ ? I was thinking it was just supported on the pi 3b ?
-
HDMI should work. If touch is over USB that should also work . If touch works over gpio I am not sure, this should work with extra drivers.
-
Do you have a link or product number. I googled this and I think a found all 7 inch HDMI screens on the planet
-
The os detects HDMI and chooses that as it's main output for display. It won't check after a reboot. I don't have that much experience but I would try a new install to SD card and not plug in the HDMI during boot, just the 7 inch pi screen
-
Did you connect a HDMI screen during installation and used the 7 inch afterwords?
-
Ok I just experienced not having touch with mine. Turned out it was the super cheap 2.5 meter usb cable. Ended up using a better cable and touch started working again. Hope this helps you
-
Are you using the usb that has touch next to it? That one should also power it. If you don't connect that one there is no touch obviously
-
@Cee123 said: I wish Raspberry Pi 4 was backwards compatible with Raspberry 3b software. This
-
Take all power from the raspberry pi and touch over usb also from the raspberry pi. Just power the raspberry pi and the screen from the raspberry pi. Also first boot should be to the screen and not a different monitor?
-
You want to do what ?
-
What's $69aud? Emteria or a pi 3 or 4?
-
I think they made changes more than ever on the cpu side of things at the raspberry pi foundation. The pi 2, 3 and 3+ where very similar in cpu architecture i think, the 4 is a new start / different path
-
Give is some time, it's probably not an easy task.
-
This is a gpio screen, please wait for help you need separate drivers, there is a post about a 3.5 inch touch screen. There are some hints about what to do in that post . I think it's a post of mine but I'm not sure.
-
What app did you install extra?
-
Any updates? Timeline?
-
What's the exact model, and do you have an Amazon link?
-
@kalkov said: Since we are developing Android 9 based on 4.19 kernel in the background anyways, this may be the first release for RPi4. However, there is no ETA yet, since many system components are not stable yet. That is great news 👍.
-
That will keep this os super relevant 👍
-
Please let me know if that works and if so how you do this and where you get the kernel from and witch one worked.
