Does Evaluation for Raspberry Pi 3 allows adb connection?

i m unable to connect to my Raspberry Pi 3 device running Emteria android using adb connection
not via usb and not via the network
i have allowed debug and developer mode.

    Go into the Emteria settings and enable ADB over ethernet.
