Display driver installation

Friends,

I have installed Emteria Android on Pi. Its running fine. I have a 5 inch screen connected to it, for which I need to install the driver (to enable touch). The screen manual says the following command will get the driver from github:

git clone https://github.com/goodtft/LCD-show.git

How can I issue this command from Emteria? Can I get a command prompt on Emteria to issue this command?
Or else I have to ssh from my PC to the Emteria? If I want to ssh from my PC, how do I enable ssh server on the Emteria?
