License change

I currently have two licenses. One is currently listed to a device, and one is still waiting for a device to register to.
Well, my house burned down last year and it has taken this long to handle all of the other stuff and now It's time for me to start rebuilding my lab. Is there any to associate my currently used device to another one? The first device has melted, so I will never recover that piece of hardware.
