opengapps and Emt 4: No way up to now.
Emteria 3 and Pi 3 work. Install opengapps pico by Rescue boot, install your licensed apps, lots of patience, disable everything from google you don't need, calc, calender, music, search, google play services: sensors, google play itself. Pi 3 will gain sufficient speed to work.

    some corrections:
    Emt 4 means Emteria for Raspberry Pi 4, Emt 3 for Pi 3.
    maybe you try to disable most of stuff including Keyboard features before opening google play store.
    Don't give up.
