sushell not working for vpn proxy

Hi there, I am trying Emteria on a Raspberry Pi 4b box. What I planned was installing VPN Proxy and a VPN software to turn the Raspberry Pi box into a VPN router. However, when I tried to configure vpn proxy, it prompted me root missing and nothing was shown up in the sushell. I am not sure if I missed any configuration in sushell or other places. Would someone be share some lights on it?
