Received Voucher Code - But fails when trying to activate

I received my first voucher code via email - but when I enter this voucher on Redeem it says redemption failed?

  • I also have the voucher code sent via email, but redemption fails. I verified that I have set my name in my profile.
    What can I do?

  • I have the exact same issue. The voucher will not work

  • @Dbarn, @TVoots, can you post a screenshot or a message you are receiving? How do you know it fails?

  • Our internal reporting shows that both of you have successfully redeemed your vouchers and activated devices. @Dbarn, @TVoots, could you please share a bit of additional information about what you did, so we can improve our UX for other users?
