Video Freezing

Dear All,

Anyone can help me with video Freezing issue that I'm facing. I have installed Emteria on my Raspberry pi3 there are couple of tv apps that I downloaded from play store but unfortunately when playing any channel I could only hear the voice but the video is getting freeze.

Is there any one could help me with this issue?

    What OS version are you using? There are two major problems with video playback: color format and hardware acceleration. While the last one is almost done (the latest version and the next release include all the important components), we have some problems bringing the first one to all devices. If it is related to your problem, it will probably take us a while to fix the issue.
