How to re-use a licence in case of reinstallation

Hi,

please let me ask for the process in case of a reinstallation of my RasPi. Currently, the Emteria version 0.4.6 is installed on my Pi. What needs to be done in case I install a newer version on the same or another SD card.
Currently, my licence is listed below "used licenses". How can I free the licence in case I'd reinstalled my RasPi? Or will this be handled via the installer automatically somehow?

    You can re-activate the device after the installation of the new version in the same way as before. As long as you are using the same device, the license manager application should do everything automatically.
