When I want to restart, it restarts after logo screen and does not open. I have to set up the system again from scratch. I need your help. I regret buying a license.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with the platform. We didn't see similar issues before. Please provide us more details and we will be happy to fix your problem in the next release:

    • How do you restart?
    • Does the restart work on a freshly installed system?
    • Do you install any 3rd-party software?
    • What logo do you mean? Do you see the boot animation?
    • Can you send us the system logs?

    config.txt file in linux environment, then I install the sd card in the system. It restarts after seeing the opening animation. I am now editing it on the es file manager.
