DW Mobile VMax Application - Black Screen

I have successfully installed both Emteria and Google Play Store. I've download an application I need to view a IP Camera, DW Mobile VMax. It starts up correctly, but all I end up with is a black screen. When I minimize the running applications, it looks like there is header that asks to "Add Site".

I've tried changing the resolution with no success. Any other ideas on how to resolve?

I am running on a Raspberry Pi 3.
