How to create a file to /sys/module/usbtouchscreen/parameters

I have to create the calibration file to /sys/module/usbtouchscreen/parameters but the folder is protected.
How can i create a file inside this folder?
Can i use a init.d script?
If yes what is the comand to use?

Yes, you should add your own script to /data/init.d and do the needful there. Please take a look at other scripts in that folder to see how it works.
