Problems with Emteria.OS_Installer-x86_64

Hello, when I try to download the latest version 5.8 (the automatic update from Rasp did not work) the installer Emteria.OS_Installer-x86_64 stops in step 3 and does not progress, although it does recognize the memory. Could you tell me if it is a fault of the installer? or in what format should I format the memory before inserting it? or if something else happens to them? I'm doing it in FAT32, greetings and thanks

    Thanks, but this log doesn't show any errors related to to flashing.

    being thus I will then try to buy a new micro SD to USB adapter, I close the related dialogs and I appreciate the help!
