Touch Screen 7 inch loop problem

I have got a problem with my touch screen of raspberry pi 3.
when It starts, the OSX goes in an infinite loop.
the problem is not the OSX because I connected my rasperry to a monitor and it works correctly.
How can I fix this problem?

    Sorry, I don't understand your problem. What is OSX and how is it related to emteria and your touchscreen?

    I think he said OSX when he actually meant OS.

    I've had similar issues with Pi touchscreens, but not on Emteria.

    For me, I had it attached through GPIO, but had switched off the GPIO in options. Caused the Pi to loop during boot with the touchscreen, but it would boot correctly on a regular monitor.
