constantly "Optimizing system performance" on reboot after update (0.5.14)

so i hope i didnt really bugger up forcing the update (unticking zip validation in TWRP settings) but now, on every reboot its "Optimizing System Performance" anyway to stop it or do i need to Reflash the SD Card?
