adb Connection Refused

I'm trying to connect to raspberry, through Wifi using adb from terminal, A couple of days ago, I did it well, with no problems, but now i just get the message: "Connection refused"

I used the command: "adb connect "

Someone could help me?

    If the ADB is activated in the settings you need to check the connection. Can you ping the device?

    Yes I can do the ping, everything seems to be Ok.
