no drivers detected

I format my windows pc. Reinstall Emteria installer, and when I want to install android on CD cad for Raspberry pi 3B, this happens this:
Emteria installer does not let me download. I get the message: no drivers detected. And I do not get to the download. Emteria installer stops on step 3 (drive), and does not let me pass to step 4 (Flsh) ...
What can I do, please

    You need to insert the sd card before installing. If there are no drives listed, your system doesn't recognize your sd card.

    my system (Windows 7 operating system 64 bits) recognizes, and detects my SD card. also use other Sd cards with the same broblem .
