Distorted sound on Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Go Pro

Hello.
When I play music from Spotify through Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Go Pro sound card and interact with gui, there is distorted, sometimes slow down sound.
If use built-in sound card all is ok.
Any suggestions for resolving this?
