Windows 10 - Emteria Freeze at Install
Upon trying to install Emteria on Windows 10 v1803 (build 17134.228) build, the installer freezes up at the "Start Menu shortcuts screen portion of the install process. I had a Windows update to do last night and thought that might be causing a problem, so I did it and rebooted. This morning after the update, I get the same problem.

We have never seen a similar issue before. Did you check whether the software is actually installed? Maybe you can start it from the target directory.
