Issue with Recovery when trying to install Gapps Google Play Store

Hey Guys,
Whenever I go to the recovery option in the shutdown app, the system reboots, but I keep getting errors on my monitor. I also tried booting with the Official RPi 7" Touch Screen, but I kept getting glitches in the screen. Is there an alternative way to install the Google Play Store?

    What kind of errors/gliches do you see?

    I will like to install google play store also, I run OS 5.21 when I boot using recovery the reboot hangs at .img kernel ... and will not go further. How can I overcome this please.

    What devices are you using? RPi?
