failed writing vendor data to boot

Good morning, I apologize for my English.
I would like to install Emteria on Raspberry pi3 from windows 10 (64bit). After launching the installation seems to be all right but in the end it always gives me the same error "failed writing vendor data to boot". Below I also attach the logs. Thanks in advance for the help :)

    Thanks for reporting this issue and we will look after it. Are there any new events regarding this problem and does the installation process still not work?

    The installer tries to write a file onto a freshly created partition. In your case that process fails for no obvious reason. Since it seems to work for other customers, I would recommend you trying out a different card reader device.
