Raspberry pi 3B+ emteria on USB key doesn't boot but on sd card does

Hello,

Using the windows installer I'm able to boot on sd card on my raspberry pi 3B+ but not on my USB key (tested on 2 keys).
It can't find multiple I guess boot file and after some times it stopped trying to start and the terminal with U-Boot apperas and I'm able to write some commande.
What did I missed ?

Other storage types are not supported for booting Android.
