Private internet access: not changing public IP

Afternoon

Im using my Pi3+ as a test media box, I have already confirmed it can do the job [edited, please no ads]. The issue I am having on Emteria 7.1.2 is that PIA (v1.7.2-10440) isn't hiding my public IP [edited], I have logged a ticket with PIA support but they are saying that non-mobile android devices aren't supported (which I am contesting). In the meantime I would like to see if anyone on here is running PIA and if not can install it and see if they get the same issue I do?
