Large touchscreen overlays

Hello, I'm evaluating Emteria for a project. I'm searching for a good method to display and interact with an Android app on a large tv screen (50"). I tested a 7" touchscreen and it worked without any modifications. Does anyone have any experience getting a large touchscreen overlay working? They are sold on Amazon, eBay, and other sites.

    Bigger screens typically imply higher resolutions. From our experience and RPi's memory limitations, we wouldn't recommend using emteria.OS on a RPi with 1080p or more.

    The biggest screen I could use was a 19". Anything bigger just didn't work nicely.
