i have installed the Lightify Pro Control app on raspberry pi running emteria os. The app is allowed to use the camera (has permission) but the screen is just black. the camera app on the home screen works fine. how to fix?

    Please don't send me private messages if you have started a topic for the same issue. A I've answered you already:

    I don't know that app, so I can't tell you why it doesn't work. The support is there and other apps work fine (we also tried several other popular apps like Instagram). Maybe you need to ask the developer of that app for support or check the logs.
