Download must have failed. Slow internet connection?
can you justify the failure of installation due to to slow downloding
Well, slow speed MAY indicate instable connection, which MAY lead to data corruption. It was just a guess. The installer tells you that the file signature doesn't match the expected one. It is up to you to interpret this fact.
