5MP 1080p Camera for Raspberry Pi 3 B

Does anyone know how I can get the Inland camera module (5MP 1080p HD Webcam) to work with Emteria? I'm not sure if it needs to be plugged in when I first boot the OS or if it's just not compatible at all
