Upgrade of Raspberry Pi 3 to 4b. Will I need to purchase a new license?

I am planning to upgrade my current Raspberry Pi 3 to 4b. Will I need to purchase a new license or can I reuse my existing license by deactivating it on the old device and reactivating it on the new device?

    After purchasing new hardware you will also need to purchase new software.
