Is this compatible with other pi modules?

I have the raspberry pi zero. I have tried installing this twice now, but I don't get any further than the first boot screen. Does this work with models other than the raspberry pi 3?

No due to the pi zero doesn't have enough resources to use Android. Thats why its recommended to use a RPi 2B or 3.
