Raspberry Pi 5 MDM offline
Good evening everyone,
I have an account with two active licenses.
On the first one I have a Raspberry pi 4 with Emteria version 13.7.0
On the second one I have a Raspberry pi 5 with Emteria version 15.4.0
The Raspberry 4 is always Online on the Emteria Panel while the Raspberry 5 stay online only for the first 20/50 minutes after it is turned on. After this time it goes Offline on Emteria Panel.
Both devices have the MDM flag active.
When I load MDM Settings App with the Raspberry pi 5 the device reconnects to the MDM and goes back online.
I also connected the Raspberry pi 5 to two different internet lines (ADSL and SIM) with the same result.
Do you have any ideas?

Stupid answer but just leave the app in the background it could work
i use the android "kiosk mode" so if i leave opened the app then everyone could change mdm options. BTW i tested this and to reconnect mdm i need to check twice the mdm flag, so just open app is not working.
@mirko after the device lost MDM connection, can you open emteria settings and send a bugreport please?

done
I’m experiencing the same issue on EmteriaOS 15.4.0 running on a Raspberry Pi 5.
The device connects successfully to the MDM platform at first, but after some time it stops being listed as active and appears as offline in the Device Hub.
Has any solution or workaround been found for this issue since earlier reports?
I was able to reproduce the issue. It seems that MDM is effected by freezer. Not really a useful workaround, but having MDM in focus should exempt it from freezer.
We are looking into a more suitable solution
