@aroeira does it mean that you won't be using these devices anymore for testing? Or did you have another account and want it to be merged with the paid account?

Hi, I'm piggybacking on this as I'm pretty much in the same situation. I need to unbind/remove/migrate a device in a personal test Emteria acct. to a business account. I've emailed support@emteria.com a couple of times w/the device's serno and other acct. info, since about a week ago, but haven't gotten a response.

@smieschek,the test was merged in the paid account, and at least one device is not intended for use.
