How to unbind or remove a device?

I tested Emteria on two devices, but now that I've switched to a paid subscription, I'd like to remove them.

How can I do it?

  • @aroeira does it mean that you won't be using these devices anymore for testing? Or did you have another account and want it to be merged with the paid account?
    In any case, please DM me the serial numbers of the devices, or write them to support@emteria.com

  • @smieschek,the test was merged in the paid account, and at least one device is not intended for use.
