Attempting to sign into account on pi 4B fails

We just created a new account activated the three starter licenses and then tried to activate a raspberry pi flashed with your latest software and when we get to the point where it asks for an activation code or a login I type my login and it says request failed

    yeah, I see. The thing is, we only allow a device to be activated by one user. If another one tries to get hold of it, we show an error at the moment.
    The device you have tried is already in a group from developers@twolifestyles.org
    Can you get hold of that account?

    Here's the thing, we tried that first! We tried signing into that account when we needed to use the device. It still gave the same error. That's why we assumed we would eat need to create a new account.

    Neither seemed to have worked though.

    Hmm i just got into the office and now it worked with Developers account. Very weird. Thanks for whatever you did.

    The other license on the account that wasnt used for over a year was from a PI that got water damage. Could that one be released/removed?
