USB-WEBCAM not Working on Raspberry PI-3

Thanks for a good Android Build for Raspberry PI-3, I was able to install Play Store and my Video Conference App got installed and able to make calls. However the USB Camera (Microsoft) is not working, it blinks with a blue led when plugged-in then goes off.
Are there any configuration steps required to make this work? Kindly let me know.

It depends on how that application accesses the webcam. Please take a look in the log and check whether you can find any error messages. If possible, you can try to install our sample application to check if it would identify your webcam: https://gitlab.com/emteria/public/samples_apps_UsbWebcam
