Rasp 4 - How to set fixed IP address

I use lots of rasp3 in production environments, almost all customers require fix IP setup.

Starting to use RASP 4 now and I was not able to find the option to do it.

Where is it now?

Notice that "Raspberry" option menu is also missing (we had ability to change screen resolution in there on pi3);
