  • Hey @alpgul,
What do you mean by "use hdmi-cec"? What are you trying to achieve and what steps are you performing?

  • The article about hdmi-cec is at this link: https://www.makeuseof.com/what-is-hdmi-cec-what-does-it-do/
I can't find any option for this feature.

  • CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) allows for HDMI devices to be controlled with one remote control. If you try to cast to a CEC supported TV while on a different source input (local TV channel, Cable, USB), source input will automatically switch to the HDMI port where the Chromecast is connected.

  • @alpgul It should be active by default. You can see the kernel configuration at https://github.com/emteria/kernel_brcm_rpi/
