Reset subscriptions
Hi
I am new to Emteria, I am looking to create a Car Play system using 7" inch touch screen on Raspberry Pi 4. I (rather stupidly) installed first on a desktop Pi, configured it and then transferred to the Touchscreen Pi .. I now get a halt at 'Starting kernel' .. I assume this is because it picks up the touchscreen config on that initial boot up.
So I assume I need yo go back to square one and reinstall only using the touchscreen PI ?? .. If that is the case, is it possible to rest the Subscription count or do I loose that when I re-image ?
Thanks
Simon

Hi @SimonOnSecurity
Depending on what you have configured the easiest way might be to reflash. In principle you can switch from touchscreen to HDMI and vice versa. The display should be recognized after a reboot.
After reflashing you can use the same license code to reactivate the same device, nothing is lost.
You can read more about licenses and subscriptions here: https://emteria.com/kb/licenses-and-subscriptions
Many thanks .. I did end up reflashing and start again, but I will check that out to grab it back
