Screen freeze/ hang on Emteria OS ver. 7.4.0 on Raspberry Pi 3B+
facing few issues related to Emteria OS ver. 7.4.0 on Raspberry Pi 3B+
installation done on new SanDisk 32GB, micro-SD card, ultra-high speed, class 10
we have facing issue related screen freeze/ hang even with or without installation of application
facing issue in both the cases i.e. active uses/ inactivity

What display and peripherals do you have connected?
Only way to find the root cause is to live log using an UART bridge and waiting or performing actions which cause the freeze: https://emteria.com/kb/connect-uart-rpi
