I'm interested in multi-display capabilities of Emteria.OS. My main interest is to run 2 apps at once on one RPI4 device, each one on separate displays.

We don't support multi-display out of the box. As far as I know the second screen has some flickering and it doesn't extend the display but mirrors the first one. If you have some budget we can talk about a project and take a look into it.
What might also be an option is Android's Split Screen. If the two displays would be facing the same way anyway, you can use a slightly larger display and show one app on the left and one on the right side of the screen.

I tried to use presentation view and only roadblock was touch input, which i managed to solve by configuring the touch input to specific display in vendor files.
