Lost Activation on my device
Hi
My Rpi 3 Emteria instance (v7.6.22) has suddenly (at the weekend) stopped being activated. And the code I see on the website just says "No suitable code for this device" when entered into this device.
Anything known about this or who I can contact about this with screenshots?

Activating a device is only possible with an active subscription, but an already activated device on v7.6.x should not deactivate / go back to evaluation mode.

For private use it's probably best to redeem the voucher for a starter subscription which covers three devices: https://emteria.com/kb/starter-subscription
