Suddenly license not working

I have had several licensed raspberry’s working for years and suddenly my RPi4 says I am not licensed anymore?
I tried activating it again trough license manager both by email and by entering the code manually. No luck, I just get “Error contacting server. Request was invalid!” What’s going on?

    Hi @Cyberetti
    Activating/reactivating devices requires an active subscription, as that is using our activation server. I've prolonged your subscription till end of next month. So that you can activate your devices once more. They are usable afterwards, but if you want to use our services you should either redeem your starter subscription which covers three licenses or reach out to sales@emteria.com for a new subscription.
