How to OTA on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B / 8GB

I 'm developing Android OTA (full image / package) on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B / 8GB.
Android Version is 13 or 14. Could you teach me how to build Android OTA (full image / package).
The OTA environment include OTA Server, and how to comunicate Raspberry Pi 4 and Server for OTA update
