Voucher redemption failed

Hi,

I can't validate my voucher code in my dashboard
I received my email “Get started with your free starter plan” with my voucher code : welcome-to-emteria-****
But when I copy this code in my redeem voucher, I get this error : "voucher redemption failed"
There is a waiting time?

Maybe a tailing space? Alternatively, there should be a bell on the dashboard to redeem a voucher for a starter subscription automatically:
