Subscription states that the OS is Activated, but the text below screen shows it is not activated.

HI Team,
I have activated a license for a RaspberryPi 4B, but while reinstalling the activation state shows as active but a text at the bottom says need to activate and is in trial version. Could you please help.

@Vijay for the trial text to disappear you need to reboot the device after activation
