Media Volume and Alarm Volume Control

I'm currently using the free version of Emteria OS 14 on a Raspberry Pi CM4. I've installed Emteria OS successfully, but I'm facing an issue with a push-up button designed to control system, media, and alarm sounds. Despite pressing the button, it doesn't seem to adjust the sound properly; specifically, the media volume always displays as muted.
