I can't install emteria_os on raspberry 4

I have a raspberry 4 on which I had already installed Emteria without any problem. Now I have flashed several sd cards again, I always manage to finish the installation on the sd card, but when I insert it into my raspi I always get the following error:
"Failed to load '/property/persist.rpi.cmdline'"
it doesn't go any further and the screen stays black.
I have tried with different sd cards, different versions of Emteria_os.
Does anyone have any idea what could be happening?

    @ascc Please list the versions you have tried and get UART logs, see: https://forum.emteria.com/discussion/1244/general-information#latest

    hi, the version installed is emteria.OS v13.8.0. The installer automatically selects that version. But I have also tried all the versions available for the Raspi 4B and I have not been able to get any of them to work. I don't have any logs because I have not been able to get the installations to work. I have tried several SD cards. I have downloaded and reinstalled the EMTERIA installer. And I can't get past a black screen, at no point does the EMTERIA logo appear. It is very frustrating because I have already performed the installation on many occasions without any problem.

    Please try installing a version from the Raspberry Pi Imager
