Free plan voucher code not working
Hi,
I registered for a free plan, received the email with a voucher code but it's not working.
I made sure that there are no leading or trailing spaces.
Also I don't have a bell on my dashboard.
Note that when I first registered my account got deleted for some unknown reason - I registered again with the same email and I received the same voucher code as with my first registration attempt.
Can you help?

@gpouger , the starter plan was successfully redeemed. You can use your credentials to register devices.
Alternatively, you can go to https://hub.emteria.com/dashboard/groups and open the details panel of any group, go to the enrollment tab and manually generate licenses.
Afterwards, the licenses are listed under https://hub.emteria.com/dashboard/devices and you can use the activation codes on the device to register it.
Usually, using your credentials is somewhat easier.
