Adjusting the Brightness of official 7" rpi display

I want to lower the brightness of my 7" Raspberry Pi display. I saw that i can adjust it a little bit in the Emteria Settings, but its still very bright after that.
Is there any way i can make it even more dimmed?

I already tried to dimm it with the following command useing SSHDroid and Putty:
echo 30 > /sys/class/backlight/rpi_backlight/brightness
It works and dimms the screen, but as soon as i touch the Display, it goes back to the higher brightness
