Emteria Installer stopped working on windows 8.1

Hi. I want to ask how to fix emteria installer stopped working when launching on windows 8.1. I search arund the internet and not found a solution for this issue. Anyone here have the same issue? Please help me.

    When I launch the installer, its open the cmd window as it used to be, but few second later, the installer not open but the pop up appear says: "Installer has stopped working. A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". Please tell me if any solution available.

    There is a new version of the installer for windows (v1.0-26). Can you please try if this problem still persists?
